Uninstalled ANYTHING relating to Bluetooth I had NO freezing issues before the Windows updates taken on 19Dec17.įor some time I thought that it was to do with CRIT errors 'Kernel-Power 41 (63)' - but then realised that these Crit errors were not the CAUSE of freezing, they were just a RESULT of hard-reset following freezes. I've tried since 19Dec17 to resolve this freezing issue.
